Withdrawal goes to any account

Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposit — UPI ID, Paytm wallet or PhonePe number. This is a security requirement, not a restriction we can waive manually.

Verification can be skipped

Identity verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal. Depositing and playing are available earlier, but the withdrawal step requires a verified ID on file.

Visit 6sigma.asia and complete the registration form with your mobile number and email. Account access is available where local law permits. You will receive an OTP to confirm your mobile number before the account is activated.

Deposits are accepted via UPI, Paytm and PhonePe. Select your preferred method in the wallet section, enter the amount, and complete the transaction in your payment app. Funds reflect in your account balance as soon as the network confirms the transfer.

Once your identity is verified, most withdrawals are dispatched within a few hours. The actual arrival time in your PhonePe or Paytm wallet depends on the payment network but is typically under four hours for verified accounts during business hours.

A pending status usually means the payment network has not yet sent us a confirmation. Check your bank or UPI app to confirm whether the debit went through. If money left your account but the balance has not updated after ten minutes, contact live chat with your transaction reference.

Yes. Aviator, Blackjack and most other titles load in any modern mobile browser without an app download. For live-streamed table games with HD video, a stable 4G or Wi-Fi connection gives a noticeably smoother experience than a weak data signal.

A government-issued photo ID is required — Aadhaar, PAN card or passport are all accepted. Upload a clear image through the verification section in your account settings. Most submissions are reviewed within a few hours during operating hours.

If your connection drops during a round, the game engine records the state server-side. When you reconnect and reopen the game, the round outcome is shown and any winnings are credited automatically. If that does not happen, contact support with the game name and approximate time.
