HOW WE PROTECT YOU

Data Handling, Security and Account Rights

We apply security and transparency practices across every layer of your account — from how cookies are set to how long transaction records are retained.

Data Collection Scope

We collect only what is needed to operate your account — your registration details, transaction history with UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, and session logs. We do not sell this data to third parties under any circumstances.

Cookie Policy

Our cookies fall into three categories: essential, analytical and preference. Essential cookies keep your session active; analytical cookies help us fix page issues; preference cookies save your lobby and language settings across visits.

Account Security Practices

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Two-factor authentication is available and we recommend enabling it. Suspicious login attempts trigger an automatic account flag and an alert to your registered contact.

Retention Schedule

Account and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations, typically six years from the last transaction. After that period, data is securely deleted from our systems.

Your Right to Access

You may request a full export of all personal data we hold on you at any time. Requests are processed within 30 days. Send your request to our policy desk via email or through the account portal.

Right to Correction and Deletion

If any data we hold is inaccurate, you have the right to request a correction. You may also request deletion of non-essential data, subject to our regulatory retention obligations under applicable Indian law.

You can request deletion of non-essential data at any time. Transaction and identity records required under Indian financial regulations must be retained for the legally mandated period before deletion can be carried out.

Submit a formal written notice via the account portal. Our compliance team reviews it within five working days and responds in writing. If the dispute is unresolved, you may escalate through applicable Indian consumer or financial channels.

Yes. All payment transactions — regardless of whether they use UPI, Paytm or PhonePe — are logged and retained in accordance with our data-retention schedule and applicable Indian financial regulations.

Non-essential profile and preference data is deleted promptly on account closure. Financial transaction records and identity verification data are retained for the regulatory period and then securely deleted.

We notify you before any material change to our terms takes effect. Notification is sent to your registered email or displayed in the account portal so you have time to read and understand the changes before they apply.
