These terms apply to every person who opens an account at 6sigma.asia and uses it to access games, place wagers, or make deposits and withdrawals. Access depends on local law and is available only where local law permits.

Yes. We may update these terms at any time to reflect changes in law, platform features, or operating policy. We will notify you via your registered email when a material change is made. Continuing to use your account after the notice means you accept the updated terms.

If any clause in these terms is unenforceable under the law applicable in your jurisdiction, that clause is severed from the rest of the agreement. The remaining terms continue in full force and we will revise the affected clause as soon as practicable.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals processed via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe will be completed before the account is closed. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold are subject to the conditions in the payments section.
